About the Instructor

I'm Rob — a working underground Shift Boss in Canada with 26 years of experience. I've operated every piece of equipment, managed crews of 20+, and personally hired and trained dozens of new miners who started with zero experience. I went from making $50K in the oilfield to over $200K in mining. I built this course because I kept seeing the same thing: good people who wanted into mining but had no idea where to start.
